It is with great excitement that we announce that the opening session of the SOBOPE 2025 Pediatric Oncology Congress will be held at the renowned Sala São Paulo on May 14th at 8:30 pm. This special event will mark the beginning of our encounter with science, art and emotion, in one of the most iconic cultural spaces in Brazil.
After the official opening, we will be treated to an exclusive concert that promises to be unforgettable! Taking the stage will be Portuguese pianist Mário Laginha, renowned for his collaborations with artists such as Gilberto Gil, Lenine and André Mehmari, and the Brazilian group Pau Brasil, composed of Nelson Ayres (piano), Rodolfo Stroeter, Paulo Bellinati, Teco Cardoso and Ricardo Mosca, celebrating more than 40 years of career.
In this unprecedented meeting, two pianos will share the stage, exploring sounds that range from jazz, classical and Brazilian rhythms. Mário Laginha, with an international career spanning more than three decades, joins forces with Pau Brasil to offer a vibrant and unforgettable musical experience.
