The poster must be self-explanatory, that is, it must be understandable to the congressperson if you are not present to explain, discuss and answer questions. This characteristic is desirable, since the posters will be available to participants throughout the event.
The dimensions of the poster must not exceed the limit of 90 cm wide by 120 cm long. Larger posters will exceed the display panel; therefore, it is necessary for the author to meet the specifications of the poster dimensions. Posters without these guidelines will not be accepted.
They must be placed together with your banner for presentation according to the time informed by the event organizers.
The poster must be independent. That is, it must be understandable even when you are not present to explain, discuss and answer questions.
The author must bring his poster with a string or adhesive tape for hanging.
The creation of the poster is free for each author, but below are some suggestions:
• Include the title of the work and the names and affiliations of the authors at the top of the poster. An institutional logo may also be included.
• Keep the design relatively simple and organized.
• The font size of the title should be large.
• The font size for the main elements should be large enough to be easy to read from a distance of 2 meters. The font size for other elements, such as references, may be smaller.
• Graphs, photographs and diagrams should be large enough to be viewed from a distance of 2 meters.
The rules for the presentations will be published shortly after the results of the work are announced.
