Important Information! Please read carefully:
- To register in the “student” category (undergraduate, graduate and resident students), you must present a current supporting document (enrollment certificate or statement from the educational institution). The document must be submitted via form. Your payment will only be released after validation.
- Please pay special attention to the deadlines and registration fee tables, since validation of the documents takes at least one business day.
Cancellation and refund policy
In case of cancellation*, the participant must send a letter to the email inscricoes@sobope2025.com.br* For requests sent until 04/14/2025, 60% of the amount paid for the congress registration will be refunded and will be made up to 60 days after the end of the event. The refund request must be accompanied by the applicant's bank details.
* After this date, we will only accept substitutions, as long as the registrant and the substitute are in the same category. To make substitutions, it is necessary to send an email to inscricoes@sobope2025.com.br informing the substitution and the substitute's CPF.
